Could you tell me how to distinguish 2s and 4s? Everywhere I've searched I've seen different definitions of their differences and it's confusing. A site said they are very alike because they are both very emotional and empathetic but then someone else said that fours are very narcissistic??? Which is the opposite of that??

honestly breaking everything down the main and easiest detectable difference between 2 and 4 is the fashion style.
2s are either “plain jane”, not caring about their appearance at all (black jeans + grey hoodie), or instead they go for a “fun, quirky” vibe, combining loud colors and patterns but in a socially acceptable way (think “desigual” fashion or gamer shirts, still very much mainstream)
4s are never mainstream even if they tried. a guy not wearing a black suit but a shrek costume on his wedding day, a nerdy lady who only dresses in original 1920s garments, a grandma who dies her hair in apple green .. all wild 4-fixes. intentional or not; they always pick clothes that make them stand out, bonus points if the clothes tell a story or “have a soul”. if you do not visually stand out in a group photograph with your colleagues you are not a 4.
(there are -a lot- of 2-fixes mistyping as 4-fixes because they somehow think that they are too nerdy or not mature/helpful enough to be 2s)
